1.0 ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Your access to and use of Guest First ("the Website") is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.

We take your privacy very seriously at Guest First. Personal information that you disclose to us is stored on a secure server and will be treated as confidential. We comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation. However, we reserve the right to use personal information as per the circumstances below.
7.1 When you purchase travel insurance on this Website, we will collect personal information that you input such as your name, email address, home address and telephone number. We also collect information about your browsing behaviour, such as the URL you came from, your IP address, your browser type, the advertisements you clicked on (if any) and the pages of our website that you viewed during your visit. Doing this helps us to improve the quality of our service and to present you with relevant offers when you visit other websites.

7.4 Your personal information may be shared with other businesses that are part of the Rothwell & Towler group (Guest First, Hotelsure, Cancelsure and Visitorsure) as well as reputable third parties. Guest First requires all of these third parties to treat your personal information as confidential and to comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation. We will never release your personal information to any company outside of the Rothwell & Towler group for marketing purposes.
7.5 If the police or any other regulatory or government authority request us to disclose the personal information we have stored about you during an investigation into suspected illegal activities we are obliged and entitled to supply it.
